Ya know Cannon Films right? if you don't go look 'em up and you'll recognize their stuff right away. Well, aside from a ton of schlocky action flicks, they dipped their fingers into the slasher genre too with "New Year's Evil". Richard Sullivan here saw fit to wear a Stan Laurel mask and kill people on New Year's Eve (because virtually every other holiday had already been taken basically).
